Sentinel Command was designed and developed by active public safety professionals who understand the operational challenges faced by law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies. Our mission is to modernize scheduling, communication, staffing, training management, and administrative operations through technology built specifically for first responders.
Most software sold to agencies is adapted from generic enterprise HR or workforce management tools. The result is software that technically works but doesn't fit — workflows that don't match how agencies operate, features that are missing, and complexity that gets in the way.
